acked by three decades of excellence and successful family business enterprise, our Company was incorporated as public limited company in December 1995. The journey started with first road project that was executed for the PWD (Public Works Department), Rajasthan with a Bid Project Cost of ₹ 26.50 million in 1997, and since then we have continued to scale-up the value chain and have gradually increased our execution capabilities in terms of size and complexity of projects, and across diverse sectors.
Our individual Promoters have nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to the incorporation of our Company, our Promoters were associated with M/s. Gumani Ram Agarwal, a partnership firm engaged in the construction business, which was acquired by the Company in 1996.
Our principal business of civil construction includes EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction), BOT (Build Operate Transfer), and HAM projects in the road sector and EPC projects in railway, metro, airport runways and OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) projects.
We have also laid our footprints in energy and building sector. In March 2010, we commissioned a wind-energy based power plant at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan with an installed capacity of 1.25 MW under the ‘Policy for Promoting Generation of Electricity through Non-Conventional Energy Sources – 2004’. Additionally, we constructed a group housing project of row houses and other residential units at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
We execute road projects as EPC contractors, as well as through PPP (Public Private Partnership) model on a BOT basis, with a focus on HAM projects. For the projects that we deliver on an EPC and construction services basis, the scope of services typically includes design and engineering of the project, procurement of raw materials, project execution at site with overall project management up to the commissioning of these projects. In addition, we also undertake repair and maintenance of projects in accordance with our contractual arrangements. For BOT projects, in addition to construction and development of the project, we also operate and manage the project during the concession period.
Over a span of last 15 years, we have executed more than 100 projects across 23 states, with an exceptional record of projects being completed on timely basis or before time, having deployed technology enabled project integrated project execution model, relying on our own resources and with our excellent talent base.
The consistent growth in our order book has been possible from our continued focus on road and other projects, our ability to successfully bid and win new projects, long-standing relationship with our clients including the NHAI (National Highways Authority of India), MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), Public Works Department, Government of Rajasthan, and Rajasthan State Road Development Corporation.

In addition, we form strategic partnerships or consortiums with other infrastructure and construction companies, when a project requires us or our partners to meet specific contract eligibility requirements, including technical / engineering experience or financial resources.
