ur Company was incorporated as ‘G. R. Agarwal Builders and Developers Limited’ on December 22, 1995, under the Companies Act, 1956 as a public limited company. The certificate of commencement of business was issued by the Registrars of Companies (RoC), Rajasthan, on January 3, 1996. Moreover, our Company subsequently acquired the founding father’s business, a partnership firm M/s Gumani Ram Agarwal, in the same year.

The name of our Company was changed to ‘G R Infraprojects Limited’ vide a resolution passed by our Shareholders on August 24, 2007, as our management believed that the activities being undertaken by our Company were reflected in broader terms from the new name. A fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the RoC Rajasthan on August 31, 2007.

Today G R Infraprojects Limited (NSE: grinfra) is a listed company.

GRIL began its journey with a vision to excel in the infrastructure sector.

Looking to build roads to connect their village, GR Agarwal laid the foundation for G R Infraprojects in Rajasthan in the start of 1965 with a small infrastructure development venture. Today, the Company has established a storied history of engineering excellence across segments like road EPC projects, HAM projects, BOT projects, Highways, Bridges, Culverts, Flyovers, Airport Runways, Railways, Metros, Tunnel & Power Transmission with annual revenue of INR 7371.94 crores (FY20-21).
