Experience: 2 - 4 Years
a. Assess & analyze department wise manpower requirement for Executives & Staff.
b. Take sanctions for new positions
c. Ensure maintenance and updation of all employee records pertaining to hiring, promotion, salary increments, training undertaken
d. Plan the annual recruitment schedule to timely fill existing vacancies
e. Manage the recruitment and training of fast tracked hires
f. Identify various cost and time effective recruitment sources and monitor the recruitment activities to reduce turn around time
g. Screen received Applications to determine their suitability to our requirements.
h. Develop position specification by obtaining Job Descriptions, skill & competency requirements of the position to be filled
i. Constitute Interview selection Boards & design interview rating sheets, arrange written tests & interviews.
j. Handle Salary fixation of new hires
k. Coordinate & ensure finalization of Offer of Appointment(s).
l. Coordinating the transfers of surplus staff at Various Sites and taking necessary approvals for their Deployment.
m. Analyse the quality of recruitment based on the results of the training programme and feedback from the departments.
n. Probation Confirmation & Appointment
